
Breakfast: spicy thai trail mix, unsweetened dehydrated apple, little protein drink
Snacking on that throughout the day...
Lunch: spinach salad w/ tomato, pepperchini, and chicken
Dinner: turkey bacon, raw broccoli with some cheese
