Breakfast: yogurt w/ blackberries, almonds
Snack: grapefruit, almonds
Lunch: can o' tuna w/ some spicy mustard, avocado, hard boiled egg, and some pepperchinis...sounds weird but actually pretty good, and filling too!
Dinner: Broiled buffalo steak chunks w/ red pepper, garlic, jalapeno, tomato, and onions. (all marinaded in stubs, the best store bought marinade EVER)
Desert: Paleo Ice Cream
1 can coconut milk (full fat)
2 cups frozen berries
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend together, pour into cups, freeze, then serve!

How did the steaks turn out? Did you get any leftovers from the roast or did Jarod eat it all?
